It's an interessting shot.
Well the first thing that caught my eye was the shadow of his hand. It seems to long for his heart or maybe for his lungs.
I more like the idea of longing for his heart, so to mirror the whole picture would be great. I mean, the more importent (or just bigger) part of the heart is on the left, isn't it?
But that's just an idea. The shot is great the way it is.^^

I'm glad that you say that is the best shot of the 4, because this was the most hard (shooting) work of the collection.
Yes, the 2nd and the 3rd are the same situation, it was the technique which was different. The first one, the original is in black & white and the second, in color. I wanted to see the different techniques for these two different types of image :] That's why I put the same title
No, my first language is the Japanese, and the second is French... I forgot almost all my English because of the lack of practice
