Are that panties hanging on the leg? I guess that shall mean she does everything for a cigarette. Can the addiction to cigarettes be that cruel?
Maybe for cigarettes this situation is a little extreme (well at least I don't know), but against drugs in general this shot could be a pretty good advertiesment.

It's not a setting in scene of a part of life, but an "expression" of a emotional aspect.
When we gave me the subject of "cigarettes consumed", I tried to focus my idea on the word "consumed".
"Consumed as a cigarette" "moment when we consume cigarettes" etc.
This one is to show this emotion which we (girls) can sometimes have with boys after sex. That we've been consumed and thrown away. That's why the panties is still on the leg
